How to increase memory

You may think that your talent is less so you can not remember any events or content thoroughly. But no! Your talent is certainly not low. Not everyone can remember in a similar way. Because, not all brain structures are the same. You can increase your memory by adopting a few simple techniques.

1. Teach others
What you want to learn Teach it to learn and teach it to others. You can find out the shortcomings of your knowledge as you study them. Teach it again by teaching another. You can share your thoughts with others on something new. Then it will last forever in your memory.

2. Eat nutritious food
To increase the brain's function, you must eat vitamin supplements. Get rich foods rich in protein and mineral such as fresh vegetables, dark green vegetables, fish, meat, eggs, milk, wheat bread. Drink pure water as much as possible. Avoid lots of greasy foods. Refrain from smoking and drug use. These are terrible damages to your brain.

3. Relieve depression and remove depression
Depression in brain stress causes most brain damage. Depression reduces the ability of your attention and increases the level of cortisol in the blood. Increased levels of colicasele decreased brain function.

4. Have regular exercise
Exercise does not just keep your body active, it also keeps your brain active. Obesity and excess weight are harmful to your brain. If the body does not have regular exercise, or if the organs of the body are not active then blood vessels can accumulate fat. As a result, normal blood circulation is interrupted. In the brain the oxygen supply is interrupted by the blood. The brain cells may also be damaged. So exercise regularly, keep your organs of your body running.

5. Write down the issues
Practice writing down the things you want to keep in memory. There are also scientific explanations. The amount of oxygen rich blood flow increases in the brain while writing. So write down diary, email or personal blog.
